Struggling with your inverts or shoulder mounts? Or wanting to perfect your technique? This is the workshop for you.


We will go through strengthening exercises, invert preparation training and different ways to get into these foundation tricks. Different bodies require different ways to achieve success, and we are here to help you do just that... while supporting our team to go to Worlds!
