Project: Pole Coach

This program has been developed by Kathy Lee and Anel Goliath, bringing together over 20 years of combined coaching experience, unique styles and expertise.  With this program, you’ll:

• Learn how to create comprehensive classes, including warm-ups, conditioning and cool downs.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of how all the pole spins, tricks and transitions work, from Beginner 1 to Intermediate 1 level.
• Learn how to explain and break down tricks and movements.
• Learn how to safely spot your students through the new taught skills.
• Learn how to give progressions and regressions for every move, so you can enable your students to build their strength and skills progressively and safely.
• Learn drills, conditioning and flexibility skills relevant to each skill.
• Learn how to spot common mistakes and offer safe corrections.
• Learn how to motivate your students to help them reach their full potential.
• Gain the confidence of being the best pole coach you can be, with the support and guidance from two of the best in the industry!

Things to note:

• Attendees of this program must be comfortable with inverting.
• Attending this course does not guarantee the opportunity to teach at The Pole Project. Attendees  however may be selected to teach at The Pole Project.
