Service Description

Exotic Pole Dance invites you to explore the sensual, grounded side of pole — typically danced in platform heels and focused on the lower third of the pole. In this beginner class, we focus on building a strong foundation in both technique and movement quality. You’ll learn the essential elements of dancing in heels, including basic steps, transitions, and simple choreography, while developing strength, control, and body awareness. We teach a routine over a 3 or 4 week rotation, where each week builds on the last. Working close to the pole may look fluid and effortless, but it requires power — from shoulder stability and engaged upper body strength, to active legs and strong, supported movement through your feet and ankles. We’ll guide you through these fundamentals at a pace that allows you to build safely and confidently. This class is about more than just learning moves — it’s about understanding how to move with intention, connecting to your body, and developing the confidence to express yourself. Ages 18+ only. Minimum Beg 1 Pole Fit necessary to attend this class. New to exotic and not currently doing Beginner Pole Fit? We highly recommend starting with our Beginner Exotic Pole Trial Class, held on the first Thursday of every month, to ease you into the style and set you up for success. Strong basics are everything. This is where your exotic journey begins. Heels and kneepads are necessary for this class.
