Service Description

Curious about exotic pole dance, but not sure where to start? This monthly trial class is your perfect introduction. Exotic Pole Dance is about exploring the sensual side of pole dancing, and this is emphasised by wearing platform shoes and mainly using the lower third of the pole. This trial class is designed for complete beginners - you’ll be guided through the foundations of exotic pole — primarily basic movement and transitions around the pole with a focus on fluidity, musicality and floorwork. No experience (or heels!) required — just bring yourself and an open mind. This is a safe, supportive space to explore sensual movement, connect with your body, and have a little fun along the way. Happening every first Thursday of the month.

Cancellation Policy

Please note we have a 24 hour cancellation policy on Drop-in and Trial class bookings, as well as a 12 hour cancellation policy on Packages and all other classes. Any missed bookings without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled as spots are limited. If you are late for any class, it is your responsibility to warm yourself up FULLY before participating in class activities. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will not be permitted to join the class and will not receive a refund.
