Service Description

This class is where strength meets softness. Sensual Flow blends pole tricks, floorwork, and exotic-inspired movement into a seamless, expressive dance experience. You’ll work on building control and fluidity as you transition between grounded movement and dynamic elements on the pole — all while connecting to your body and your own unique style. Expect choreography that challenges you physically while encouraging confidence, presence, and ease in your movement. We usually dance barefoot for this class (bring socks), and kneepads are highly recommended for comfort and support. A space to move, feel, and flow — exactly as you are. All levels are welcome.

Cancellation Policy

Please note we have a 24 hour cancellation policy on Drop-in and Trial class bookings, as well as a 12 hour cancellation policy on Packages and all other classes. Any missed bookings without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled as spots are limited. If you are late for any class, it is your responsibility to warm yourself up FULLY before participating in class activities. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will not be permitted to join the class and will not receive a refund.
